Martin Luther: Learn from History

Looking back at history, we can learn from the people of that time and their decisions and how God's hand has moved. Johann Von Staupitz, one of the key people in Martin Luther's life, distanced himself from Luther to maintain relations with the Catholic Church, but he was still added to a banned list of books by the Catholic Church because he maintained contact with Luther. You have to know where you stand and take that stand. God was going to get His Word out to His people. He was in control then and is still in control now.
